Design considerations
Notice
①System Configuration
- Although a metal mesh is installed at the IN port (inlet port) of the booster valve to prevent impurities from entering, it cannot completely remove impurities and condensed water. Please be sure to install an oil mist separator (AM series) at the inlet of the booster valve.
- There are movable parts inside the boost valve, which may cause wear and dust. Therefore, the exhaust port must also be equipped with air purification components such as filters and oil mist separators of corresponding types according to the specific situation.
- Please install the oil mist collector at the exhaust port. Otherwise, the lubricating oil accumulated in the booster valve may cause malfunction.
②Exhaust treatment
- The exhaust pipe of the boost valve must be configured separately. If the exhaust pipes of the boost valve are connected together, malfunction may occur due to the influence of back pressure.
- If necessary, a muffler and exhaust cleaner can be installed at the exhaust port of the boost valve to reduce exhaust noise.
③Reserve space for maintenance
- Please ensure that there is enough space for maintenance work.
