(1) The air valve and piston ring of the first stage suction stage are leaking air.
(2) The air valve and piston ring that form the differential piston with the first stage are leaking air.
(3) Air leaks in the connecting pipelines and valves at all levels, with valve leaks being difficult to detect.
(4) Leakage inside the cylinder or cooler, towards the cooling water pipe, and towards the suction side (chamber), is difficult to detect.
(5) The pressure ratio of the first stage suction and exhaust is relatively high.
(6) Insufficient air supply or excessive resistance in the intake pipe, including incomplete opening of the intake pipe valve, fully open valve, but not fully open ball valve core.
(7) The installation of suction and exhaust valves is unreasonable.
(8) The refrigeration compressor cannot reach the specified speed.
(9) The clearance volume (dead center clearance) of the first stage cylinder is too large during assembly.
