Rodless Cylinder air leakage repair method:
1. There is internal leakage in the rodless cylinder. The leaking part cannot be seen from the outside, but the thrust (or pulling force) of the rodless cylinder is insufficient. Disconnect the exhaust port to check whether there is air discharge. Check and replace the piston ring seal, and check whether the inner wall of the cylinder is worn and roughened
2. There is external air leakage in the rodless cylinder. Replace the relevant rod seal and dust ring
3. The impact force of the rodless cylinder is large when it runs to the terminal. Adjust the buffer air port
4. The speed of the rodless cylinder drops significantly when it runs to the terminal. The thrust cannot meet the requirements. Check and clear the buffer air port
5. The inner wall of the rodless cylinder barrel is seriously worn. Check and replace the piston rod belt. Do a good job of maintaining the rodless cylinder at ordinary times. Use a clean air source. The air source needs to install a pneumatic triplet for lubrication and filtration. Once oil mist lubrication is performed in the air source, it must be ensured that it cannot be interrupted. There must be oil in the oil mist device.
