Within the operating pressure range, it is necessary to try 2-3 times without pressure to ensure that the cylinder can work normally before applying pressure.
Buffer tape is a commonly used auxiliary tool in corner cylinders, and it should be used before operation. Adjust the adjustment belt to the minimum resistance position. After the cylinder is put into normal operation, increase the buffering resistance until it is adjusted to the most suitable position.
After all the programs are completed, lubricating oil should be added to the bolts and connections to buffer resistance, reduce friction, and extend mechanical life.
